윈도우용 파일 cmd 명령어를 만들어 저장 합니다.

cmd 명령으로 log 파일 생성을 위와 같이 저장 됩니다.

The TCP window size option can be set by the environment variable
TCP_WINDOW_SIZE. Most other options can be set by an environment variable
