I will do my best to keep the latest builds available.
New builds will only be compiled upon notable changes.
Build from SVN source: Unmodified

Please take note:
The Nightly builds are for experimental and testing use ONLY and should not be considered as an option for normal everyday usage.
If you decide to use a nightly build be prepaired to loose ALL of your settings, be ready to rescan your entire library, post a debug log and experience development version bugs.

is there a feedback thread for latest build, or better one for each build?
how is everyone finding 31650?

generally, is there any performance difference between nightlies and stable? i see nightly does much more logging, but doubt that significantly slows the app, or does it? xbox hard drive is quite slow (depending a bit which model you have).

ok did quick test by timing iplayer stream loads

31600: 30 seconds
3.2: 10 seconds.

huge difference. i may have something set up wrong but going back to stable for general use.

edit: on another box, same builds, not much difference, seems i have a config problem sorry!

Out of curiosity, is there a high level project plan for when the next stable, or at least more 'feature up to date with mainline and more stable for people happy to beta test and provide debug logs and feedback', might be on the cards?

Well put simply, there's nothing set in stone since we all do what we can in our spare time, But there is a plan to have a stable release that comes with the Addons4Xbox installer included by default once its more complete and ready for public consumption, I think buzz was working on a few other features/bug fixes he planned to straighten out first too for the next stable source.

No definite plans or dates though so don't hold me to any of it lol

I think if you want bleeding edge builds you should have a look at building yourself. The last two commits were skin changes, so you could rebuild the skin yourself from svn easily enough.

General Note to all: I've said this many times already, but unless you are interested in development and debugging issues, you shouldn't currently be running the nightly builds. There are a lot of bugs with the nightlies from changes I have made, and it is not ready for primetime yet.
